At the regular education, the Judicial Academy, organized a one-day seminar on the topic: "Disputable issues in the implementation of the basic institutes of obligatory law through typical contracts in the economy".

The seminar was held on 09. May 2025. in the Sali Judicial Academy in Nis and was intended for judges and judges from Privreda in Nis, Leskovac and Zajecar.

Participants analyzed and solve disputed issues in the implementation of the basic institutes of the obligation law.

The lecturers at this seminar were Judges of the Commercial Court of Appeals Tatjana Vlaisavljević and Ljiljana Milovanovic.
