Judicial Academy in cooperation withOSCE mission in Serbia, on 09.05.2024. in Kragujevac held the first of six planned seminars on the topic of Family law with an international element - International legal assistance in civil matters.

The lecturers at these seminars are Prof. Dr. Slavko Đorđević, full professor of the Law Faculty of the University of Kragujevac, Snežana Andrejević and Ljubica Milutinović, retired judges of the Supreme Court of Cassation and permanent lecturers of the Judicial Academy.

The following trainings are scheduled for the following dates:

10. May in Nis,
May 30 in Novi Sad,
May 31 in Subotica,
June 10 in Novi Pazar and
June 21 in Belgrade.

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
