On March 21, 2024, the Judicial Academy in Novi Sad organized a training on the topic: "The importance of strategic communication with the media and the public" intended for the presidents and spokespeople of the misdemeanor courts from the territory of the Novi Sad appeal.

The topics covered in this training were:
- Strategic planning of communication with the public (goals, activities and implementation);
- Exercise - preparation of the Annual Action Plan for each court;
- Presentation of court communication action plans;
- Final discussion, questions, comments, evaluation.

At this training, the present participants were addressed by lecturers Mirjana Golubović, Head of the Special Rights and Skills Sector of the Judicial Academy, and Maja Ljubičanović, Media Advisor fromof the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
