"Improving children's rights in civil court proceedings through strengthening the capacity of professionals"
On June 2, 2022. year, the Judicial Academy is in cooperation with Unicef started the third phase of training of the project "Improvement of children's rights in civil court proceedings through strengthening the capacity of professionals"
In this phase of the training, the training will be attended by judges of the basic and higher courts who act in P2 matters, namely:
- 02.06. 2022 in Kragujevac, for judges from the area of the Kragujevac Appeal (except for the Territory of the Higher Courts in Novi Pazar and Kraljevo)
- 03.06.2022. for judges of basic and higher courts from the territory of Novi Pazar and Kraljevo
- 10.06.2022. in Nis, for judges of basic and higher courts from the territory of the Nis appeal
- 16.06.2022. in Novi Sad for judges of basic and higher courts from the territory of Novi Sad appeal, except for basic and higher courts from the territory of Subotica and Sombor
- 17.06.2022. in Subotica for judges of basic and higher courts from the territory of the higher courts in Subotica and Sombor
- 24.06.2022. in Belgrade for judges of the basic and higher courts in Belgrade and Pancevo and
- The first week of September in Belgrade for judges of basic and higher courts from the territory of the Belgrade Appeal, except for Belgrade and Pancevo
The lecturers at this training are permanent lecturers of the Judicial Academy:
- Ljubica Milutinović - judge Supreme Court of Cassation retired and
- Snezana Andrejević - judge Supreme Court of Cassation retired
