Interactive workshop on the topic of new approaches in the extraction of microtraces during forensic processing of crime scenes
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation withOSCE mission in Serbia, organized an interactive workshop on the topic of new approaches in the exclusion of microtraces during forensic processing of crime scenes. The workshop was held on June 29, 2022 at the Geneva Lux Hotel in Kragujevac, and was attended by public prosecutors from the Kragujevac area of appeal and forensic technicians from regional police departments.

Through the prosecution and proof of certain criminal acts, the workshop program was especially focused on the powers of the public prosecutor in relation to the police according to the Code of Criminal Procedure, practical examples of exercising the powers of the public prosecutor in relation to the police according to valid normative solutions, with an emphasis on the evidentiary action of the investigation and improving the knowledge of public prosecutors in the field of criminal law.
