The training was attended by judges, court presidents and judicial assistants within the Kragujevac Appellate Court jurisdiction.

The topics discussed during this training included: setting the backlog and prevention of its reoccurrence, data management – how to read court statistics and judge’s individual plan for reducing the backlog.
The objective of the training was to present the results of the courts in 2018 regarding settling the backlog and handling the incoming cases, with an overview of plans for the forthcoming period, the requirements under Chapter 23 and the CEPEJ reporting requirements.
The lecturers on this training were Snežana Andrejević, a judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation (retired) and Nataša Stevanović a judge of the Appellate Court in Kragujevac.
