The objective of the training was to present the results of the courts in 2018 regarding settling the backlog and prevention of its reoccurrence, in addition to presenting an individual plan for settling the backlog, with a view to plans for the forthcoming period, the requirements under Chapter 23 and the CEPEJ reporting requirements.

The lecturers on this training were Snežana Andrejević, a judge (retired) of the Supreme Court of Cassation and Zorica Smirčić, an Appellate Court judge in Belgrade.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
