The training was attended by judges of basic courts in the jurisdiction of the Niš Appellate Court.

The topics that were discussed during this training included:

Resolving the backlog and the prevention of its reoccurrence;
Data management – how to read the court statistics;
Judge's individual plan for reducing the backlog.

The lecturer on this training was Snežana Andrejević, a judge (retired) of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
