Judicial triptych - from victim to leaders: Financial security as a way to recover gender-based violence victims
The Judicial Academy is 29. May 2025. In Belgrade, the third and final part of the Judicial Triptych, which includes three seminars "gender-based violence and ... language, corruption and economic empowerment".
These seminars aim to light complex and interconnected aspects of gender-based violence with a special focus on language, corruption and economic empowerment of women, in order to understand how wide and to which, the extent enters all the pores of societies. Starts from language, sometimes grows into corruption, but finds output in economic empowerment.
By providing women's tools for financial independence, providing education and professional development, the door is opened for exit from violent relationships and returning control over their own lives. Seminar "From Victim to Leader: Financial security as a road to recovery of gender-based violence" helped us see the broader context and indeed provide due attention to victims of gender-based violence.
The seminar was held for public prosecutors and prosecutors, public appointments and assistants, as well as participants and participants in the initial training of the Judicial Academy.
The lecturers were Gorjana Mirčić Čaluković, public prosecutor and lecturer for the judiciary, as well as Milica Ljubičić, public prosecutor in another basic public prosecutor's office.
