The seminar was organized for judges and judges' assistants of commercial courts from the jurisdiction of the Kragujevac Appellate Court.

After a short introduction, some hypothetical situations and presentations of a pre-pack reorganization plan were presented.

The second part of the seminar was a workshop on which the participants were given tasks with specific cases taken from practice, including presentation of the problems that judges of commercial courts are faced with.

The lecturers on this training were Duška Ilić and Tatjana Đurica, judges of the Commercial Appellate Court.
