On September 26, 2024, the Judicial Academy and the non-governmental organization AIRE Center presented the publication: "Proceedings in cases of femicide" - Manual for the judiciary in the premises of the High Court in Belgrade.


The manual was presented to participants from basic and higher courts and prosecutor's offices from the area of ​​Belgrade appeal.


Mirjana Lazarova Trajkovska, judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of North Macedonia and former judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Snežana, spoke as part of the event on the topic of femicide, gender equality in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, and best practices in the qualification of acts, aggravating and mitigating circumstances. Petričić, judge of the High Court in Belgrade and Radmila Dragičević Dičić, retired judge of the Supreme Court.
