In cooperation with the OSCE, the Judicial Academy in Serbia, within the project "Capacity building of Criminal Justice Actors for better implementation of legislation", organized the presentation of the manual "Costs of Criminal Procedure".

The presentation was held on April 20, 2025. in Kragujevac, in the Sali of the Judicial Academy, in the presence of president of courts, judges, judicial assistants and public-entry functions from the territory of Kragujevac appeal.

The topics discussed were:
- Deciding on the costs of criminal proceedings - observed shortcomings and possible solutions,
- Characteristic questions and dilemmas in courts when deciding on the costs of criminal proceedings.

The speakers at presenting, at the same time, the authors of the manual were:
- Siniša Vazić, Judge of the Court of Appeals in Belgrade, retired,
- Svetlana Tomić Jokić, judge of the Supreme Court of Serbia.

The moderation of events was Natasa Novaković, manager of the Human Rights Program and the Criminal System of the OSCE Mission in Serbia.
