Project for good administration "Administrative dispute related to public procurement"
The Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation withNational Alliance for Economic Development (NADE), implemented the third theme of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement and the Project for Good Administration. The title of the topic of this part of the project was "Protection of rights before the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures/Administrative Disputes in connection with public procurements", and the training of the first group of judges and judicial assistants of the Administrative Court from Belgrade and Novi Sad was carried out 1 April 2024 in courtroom No. 11Court of Appeal of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade.
Judge Radojka Marinković, president of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia, addressed the audience with a brief overview of the previous two topics from the aforementioned project and thanked NALED and USAID for its implementation.
The lecturers in the mentioned third topic were Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor of Administrative Law atFaculty of Law, University of Belgrade and Blaženka Stojanović, consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).
