Public procurement improvement project, Public procurement procedure - Execution of public procurement contracts; Special public procurement procedures; Monitoring of the implementation of regulations on public procurement''
On Monday, September 9, 2024, the Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), implemented the continuation of the fourth topic of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement and the Project for Good Governance, under the title "Procedure of public procurement - Execution of public procurement contracts; Special public procurement procedures; Monitoring of the implementation of regulations on public procurement''. The training was attended by another group of judges and assistant judges of the Administrative Court from Belgrade and Novi Sad, and in the courtroom of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade.
Judge Radojka Marinković, president of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia, addressed the audience, thanking both Dr. Mirjana Martić, the manager of this project, which will soon come to an end, for the successfully organized and implemented project, as well as the respected presenters of all topics within it and the Judicial Academy. through which all trainings are implemented. The representatives of USAID and the Judicial Academy thanked the president for his kind words, returned the same and emphasized that there is one more meeting left in the last topic of this project.
The lecturers were prof. Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and Blaženka Stojanović, a consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).
Prof. Milovanović spoke about the following:
- Preparation for the implementation of the public procurement procedure, publication and transparency
- Award of the contract (2) and execution of the contract
