Seminar on "Issues of Insolvency"
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, is implementing the project: "Training of commercial judges who act in bankruptcy cases".
On this occasion, a two-day seminar was organized on the topic: "Issues of insolvency". The seminar was held on October 14 and 15, 2024 in a hybrid form in Belgrade.
The following topics were presented at the seminar:
- Financial aspects of insolvency (estimation, accounting, liquidation value versus reorganization value), lecturer: Branko Radulović, professor of economics and economic analysis of law, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade
- Sale of bankruptcy debtor's property, lecturer: Duška Ilić, judge of the Commercial Court of Appeal
- Valuation of company shares, lecturer: Director of PWC company, Mrs. Jovana Zelić
- Development of a business plan in the context of the reorganization procedure, lecturer: Manager M&And Miroslava Blažić Majstorović,
- Financial aspects of insolvency (previously packages: relevant creditors, majority), lecturer: Branko Radulović, professor of economics and economic analysis of law, Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade
- Refutation of legal actions of the bankrupt debtor, lecturer: Tatjana Đurica, judge of the Supreme Court of Serbia
- Appraisal of real estate/equipment, lecturer: Danijela Ilić, president of the National Appraisal Society
51 judges and assistant judges of commercial courts participated in the seminar.
