The training was intended for the judges and judicial assistants of the commercial courts from Novi Sad, Sremska Mitrovica, Subotica and Zrenjanin.

The method of work within this training included:
- A brief introductory overview
- Hypothetical situations and analyses
- Experience sharing through a dialogue.

The lecturers within this training were Snežana Marić, a judge of the Commercial Appellate Court, and Dragica Lakić, the Adviser of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
