On the first day of the seminar, the participating judges had an opportunity to hear a lecture on the topic of preventing domestic violence, with reference to the Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence. The lecturers were Nebojša Đuričić, a judge of the Second Basic Court and Jelica Bojanić-Kerkez, a judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation.
On the second day, Ljiljana Marković and Mikaina Stevanović had an opportunity to speak on the this topic from their respective perspectives of a child psychologist, while on the third day of the seminar, Zorana Delibašić, a judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation spoke about the child rights and exercising parental rights.
This 3-day seminar was attended by 45 participants within the jurisdiction of the Belgrade Court of Appeal.
