The Judicial Academy is on November 14, 2025, inInstitute for Criminological and Sociological Research in Belgrade, held a seminar on the application of the principle of impunity for victims of human trafficking.

The seminar was organized in cooperation withOSCE mission in Serbia and represents the last event of the year on this topic. Previously, the same seminars were held in Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš.

The event was attended by 16 judges, public prosecutors, assistants and associates of judges and public prosecutors, as well as participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy.

The lecturers at the seminar were Tamara Mirović, prosecutor inSupreme Public Prosecutor's Office; Radmila Dragičević-Dičić, judgeof the Supreme Court (retired); and prof. Dr. Milan Žarković, professor atCriminal Police University in Belgrade (retired).

The key topic of the seminar was the presentation of the legal framework and recommendations for the implementation of the principle of impunity for victims of human trafficking in Serbia.
