Cycle of workshops for users of initial training on the application of the articles of the Convention
The Judicial Academy, in cooperation with the Office of the Council of Europe in Belgrade, organized the first of four planned workshops on the application of the articles of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms on the premises of the Judicial Academy in Belgrade on October 18, 2024.
Article 3 of the European Convention was addressed through an interactive presentation, discussion and case study analysis.
The target group of participants were the beneficiaries of the initial training of the twelfth generation from the area of the Belgrade appellation.
The opening speech was given by Dina Dobrković, project coordinator at the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade.
The lecturer at the workshop was Milan Bajić, advisor to the Supreme Court of the Republic of Serbia.
During November and December, three workshops on the application of Articles 8, 10 and 6 of the European Convention are planned.
The Judicial Academy takes the opportunity to once again thank the Office of the Council of Europe in Belgrade for its cooperation and support in the development and implementation of the training program.
