On December 12, 2025, the Judicial Academy organized a one-day seminar on "Introduction to the Law of Digital (Crypto) Property" for judges of the Supreme Court, as well as for judges and advisors of the Commercial Court of Appeal. The seminar was held in the library of the Commercial Court of Appeal.

The lecturer at the seminar was prof. Dr. Mirjana Radović, full professor at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade.

Topics covered at the seminar:
• concept, types and nature of digital property;
• rights to digital assets;
• storage and transfer of digital assets;
• "payment" with digital assets;
• smart contracts;
• evidence related to digital assets;
• governing law in relation to digital assets.
