The Judicial Academy organized training on June 20, 2010. In the Court of Appeals, in Novi Sad, on the topic "Minors as perpetrators of crimes and juvenile persons damaged by the criminal“.

The training was attended by judges and prosecutors from the territory of the Novi Sad appeal.

The topics they are processed at this training were: 

• Reasons for the adoption of a new law on minor perpetrators of criminal offenses and protection of minors in criminal proceedings;
• Material law in the law on minor perpetrators of criminal offenses and criminal law protection of minors, selection and imposition of criminal sanctions against minors;
• Process provisions from the Law on Minor Persons of Criminal Offenses and Criminal Protection of Minors and their application in practice.

Lecturers at this training were:

• Dr. Milan Skulić, professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Judge of the Constitutional Court
• Dr. Ivana Stevanović, director of the Institute for Criminological and Sociological Research and
• Dr. Dragan Obradović, permanent lecturer of the Judicial Academy and the Reference to the High Court in Valjevo
