The ORALLY part of the entrance exam for the admission of the XIII generation of students of the Judicial Academy is in progress

In order to increase transparency, the Judicial Academy this year is live streaming the oral part of the entrance exam, via the official "YouTube" channel of the Judicial Academy. 

 
Live broadcast  taking the oral part of the entrance exam, provided is for all three days, 12. 13.and the 14th.  September, 2023. year, when this year's entrance exam for the thirteenth grade ends generation of students of the Judicial Academy, according to the following SCHEDULE PASSING, and in accordance with Rulebook on the manner and content of the entrance exam
 
 

It's total 71 candidates met the requirements for passing the oral part of the entrance exam, and 69 candidates will take the exam. Out of 69 candidates, 55 candidates chose the field of criminal law, and 14 candidates chose the field of civil law.

On the first day of taking the oral part of the entrance exam, 30 candidates took part. Recording of the oral part of the exam on September 12, 2023 - YouTube channel of the Belgrade Judicial Academy

 

Candidates will take their exams in the library of the Judicial Academy. While waiting for the exam or preparation, candidates can watch the oral part of the exam through a live broadcast provided in the Academy's entrance hall, on the first floor.

 

For the oral part of the entrance exam, a committee with the following composition was appointed:

  1. Bojana Paunović, judge of the Supreme Court
  2. Branka Dražić, judge of the Supreme Court
  3. Irena Vuković, judge of the Court of Appeal in Belgrade
  4. Leposava Vujanović Porubović, public prosecutor in the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade and
  5. Mladen Nenadić, Chief Public Prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime

 

The evaluation criteria are:

  1. Mode of presentation
  2. Legal argumentation
  3. The quality of the conclusion

 

The oral part of the exam is graded from 1 to 10.
