The training has been conceived in two parts, whereby the first and the second part of the training will take place on the platform of the Judicial Academy: "Distance Training Courses", and the second part of the training will consists of the planned and scheduled workshops.

This training is intended for the judges of the Appellate and High Courts.

On the platform of the Judicial Academy: "Distance Training Courses", several video records have been posted:

• • In the first video record, there is the address of the Director of the Judicial Academy, Mr. Nenad Vujić who, in a few minutes, presents the objectives of the training and the modules.
  • In the second video record, Mrs. Zorana Jadrijević Mladar, the representative of the Republic of Serbia before the European Court in Strasbourg, familiarizes the beneficiaries with the Presentation of the judgment "Zorica Jovanović versus Serbia", the facts, the decision of the Court, and with the enforcement proceedings.
  • In the third video record, Ms. Ljubica Milutinović, a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation (the SCC) and a permanent lecturer of the Judicial Academy, and Ms. Snežana Andrejević, a retired Judge of the SCC, familiarize the beneficiaries with the right to a fair trial and the right to private and family life, as well as with the institutes, principles, and the attitude of the Law on Establishing Facts on the Status of Newborns Suspected to Have Disappeared in Maternity Wards in the RoS, and the correlation of this Law with other laws.

The online part of the training, which will take place on the platform of the Judicial Academy: "Distance Training Courses", will start on 12 June 2020.

The workshops, which will complete this training, will be conducted according to the following schedule:

• The workshop for the judges of the Appellate and the High Court in Novi Sad – on 18 June 2020, from 10:00 to 14:30, in the building of the Appellate Court in Novi Sad, at #3, Sutjeska Street – the "small" auditorium on the 3rd floor
• The workshop for the judges of the Appellate and the High Court in Kragujevac – on 19 June 2020, from 10:00 to 14:30 in Kragujevac Hotel, at #18, Kralja Petra Street – the auditorium No. 3
• The workshop for the judges of the Appellate Court in Belgrade – on 25 June 2020, from 10:00 to 14:00 in the building of the Supreme Court of Cassation, at #9, Nemanjina Street, in the auditorium 020 on the ground floor
• The workshop for the judges of the High Court in Belgrade – on 26 June 2020, from10:00 to 14:30, in the Palace of Justice in Belgrade, at #17a, Savska Street - Courtroom No.1
• The workshop for the judges of the Appellate and the High Court in Niš – on 3 July 2020, from 10:00 to 14:30, in the building of the High Court in Niš, at #23, Voždova Street – the lecture-hall of the "Judicial Academy"

All the beneficiaries of this training, after the completion of the entire training cycle, will get the certificates of the attended training.
