Today in the training center of the National Academy for Public Administration, a round table "Meetings of trainers" was held
These "Trainers' Meetings" gathered accredited trainers of THE MOST and permanent lecturers of the Judicial Academy.
The goal of this gathering is exchange of coaching experiences, networking and sharing of good practices in the field of coach development.
This event is organized in cooperation withNational Academy for Public Administration, as part of the Agreement on cooperation in the promotion and encouragement of interest-based professional development in state and other bodies - Network of schools. The signatories of this Agreement are, apart from THE MOST and the Judicial Academy,Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice andMinistry of Foreign Affairs-Diplomatic Academy.
The moderator of the round table was Jelena Marjanović from the Sector for preparing the training program THE MOST, and the representatives of the Judicial Academy were permanent lecturers at this meeting:
• Snežana Andrejević, retired judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation and permanent lecturer at the Judicial Academy
• Ljubica Milutinović, retired judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation and permanent lecturer at the Judicial Academy
• Sonja Vidanović, judge and permanent lecturer at the Judicial Academy
• Dr. Jasmina Kijurski, public prosecutor of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office and permanent lecturer at the Judicial Academy
• Tamara Mirović, public prosecutor of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office and permanent lecturer at the Judicial Academy i
• Secretary of the Judicial Academy Srđan Pavličić.
During the discussion, the trainers dealt with topics such as challenges in creating the conditions for the participants' learning, the interaction of the participants during the webinars and examples of good practice in coaching work.
Activities such as meetings of trainers are not only a matter of professional development of trainers, but also one of the mechanisms for ensuring the quality of the work of our institutions and public administration as a whole.
