"Training of trainers in criminal-legal environmental protection" for judges and prosecutors from SHOULD
The Judicial Academy of the RS is in cooperation withUNDP Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a two-day training on the topic:
"Training for trainers in criminal-legal environmental protection" for judges and prosecutors from SHOULD from September 20 to September 21 in Mostar at SHOULD.
On the first day of the seminar, participants were presented with: "Media cooperation with prosecutor's offices and courts, as well as cooperation between prosecutor's offices and NGOs in the Republic of Serbia in the field of environmental protection", Marija Milaković from the Judicial Academy.
After that, judge Siniša Važić presented a hypothetical case on this topic, and then the participants started solving this case.
The second part of the seminar was related to the skills of creating a case study from this subject, with which participants were introduced by Igor Milovanov, Stefan Vučićević from the Judicial Academy and judge Siniša Važić.
The second day of the seminar included the following topics: Adults in the educational process, the role of trainers, the educational cycle, Igor Milovanov and Stefan Vučićević, Judicial Academy.
After that, the participants presented their case studies from criminal-legal environmental protection as future trainers.
At the end of the seminar, certificates of participation in the training for trainers were presented to the future trainers in this matter.
