In cooperation with the Office of the Justice Department of the United States of America, the Organization for European Security and Cooperation (OSCE) Mission in Serbia and the Judicial Academy, the last training of the year was held in the hotel Vojvoda Putnik in Vranje for public prosecutors and prosecutor's assistants with the aim of improving writing understandable and well-reasoned indictments in order to achieve clarity, quality and consistency in writing.
 
The lecturers at the training were:

  • Dragoljub Miladinović, Public Prosecutor, Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Niš (POSK)
  • Leposava Vujanović Porubović, public prosecutor, Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade
  • Miroslav Krkelić, Chief Public Prosecutor, Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Subotica
  • Siniša Važić, retired judge, Court of Appeal in Belgrade

Mission

Create the prerequisites for the development of professionalism in holders of judiciary office by establishing clear, measurable and objective criteria for the election and career advancement and their training and professional development, in line with core values and principles the judiciary system is founded on.

Goal

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
