This training was attended by the judges of the basic courts from the territory of the Nis appeal, who act and will act in the P2 matter.

The training included the following topics:

  • Children's rights in contact with the justice system
  • Children's rights in civil court proceedings and disputes from family relations - UN standards
  • The right of the child to express his opinion and the participation of the child, General comments 12 and 14 of the Committee on the Rights of the Child, Practice of the ECtHR
  • Determining the best interests of the child
  • Special knowledge and skills in working with children in civil matters and communication with children, Simulation - a concrete example to be presented by CSW from beginning to end
