Presentation of the Law on Administrative Procedure and the Law on Administrative Disputes for the participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy

In cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, a training was held under the title "Presentation of the Law on Administrative Procedure and the Law on Administrative Disputes for the participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy", in the library of the Judicial Academy in Belgrade

The lecturers at this training were:
- Zurab Sanikidze, head of the Rule of Law and Human Rights Department of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, who presented on the topic: "Reform of public administration and administrative justice: General overview of international standards";
- Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, full professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, who presented on the topic: "The Law on Administrative Procedure (basic principles of ZUP, initiation of first-instance proceedings, evidence, procedure until reaching a decision, decision and conclusion, legal remedies, special cases of annulment, cancellation and change of decisions, execution of decisions in administrative procedure)", i
- Dr. Vuk Cucić, associate professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, who presented on the topic "The Law on Administrative Disputes (object and purpose, parties, initiation of an administrative dispute, content of a lawsuit and its suspensory effect, preliminary proceedings, determination of facts and court decisions, extraordinary legal means, execution of judgments of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Serbia)".

The seminar was attended by 31 participants of the initial training of the Judicial Academy.

Develop and conduct training programmes for holders of judiciary offices and other staff in the judiciary system, aimed at acquiring new knowledge and its promotion, development of special abilities and skills, to contribute to strengthening of professional and accountable judiciary system.
