Public procurement procedure - Execution of public procurement contracts, special public procurement procedures and monitoring of the implementation of public procurement regulations
The Judicial Academy of the Republic of Serbia is, on Monday, May 13, 2024, in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), presented for the first time the fourth topic of the Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement and the Project for Good Governance, under the title: "Procedure of Public Procurement - Execution of Contracts" on public procurement; Special public procurement procedures; Monitoring of the implementation of regulations on public procurement''. The training was held in the courtroom of the Department of the Administrative Court in the building of the Palace of Justice in Kragujevac, a the third group of judges and assistant judges of the Administrative Court from Kragujevac and Niš attended.
Irena Vidaković, representative of USAID, and Maja Josifov, representative of the Judicial Academy, greeted those present, reminding them that this training is a continuation of the aforementioned project.
The lecturers were prof. Dr. Dobrosav Milovanović, professor at the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, and Blaženka Stojanović, a consultant in the field of public administration reform, and as the authors of the Practicum for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPL).
Prof. Milovanović spoke about the following:
- Preparation for the implementation of the public procurement procedure, publication and transparency
- Award of the contract (2) and execution of the contract
