In the premises of the Judicial Academy on October 5, 2023, a plaque was presented to the director of the Judicial Academy, Nenad Vujić, for his many years of work on the improvement of the judiciary of the Republic of Serbia and the establishment and development of a system of basic continuous training in the judiciary. The plaque was awarded by the President of the Board of Directors Forum of Judges of Serbia, judge Nebojsa Đuričić.

The Board of Directors of the Forum of Judges is proud to award this plaque to the Judicial Academy for outstanding achievements. Since the establishment of the Judicial Academy, this institution has achieved extraordinary things  results.

It organized over 3,500 educational activities, and established extremely important partnership relations with international organizations and institutions, including European Council.

In cooperation with the Council of Europe, numerous trainings were organized in order to properly apply the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and numerous judges and prosecutors were included as trainers in the HELP training program.

Cooperation was established with EJTN network of Judicial Academies.

Participants of the initial training achieved a victory at TEMIS thanks to which the Republic of Serbia hosted the final of this competition, even though Serbia is not a member of the European Union.

The Judicial Academy has established cooperation, not only with regional Judicial Academies, but also with the Judicial Academy of the Republic of France, Spain and with ERA Academy of Law of the European Union.

It should be noted that the Judicial Academy fosters very good relations and cooperation with all professional judicial associations, governmental and non-governmental organizations from the domain of the judiciary, which is primarily reflected in joint educational projects, trainings, but also publishing, organization and promotion of special events of interest. for the improvement of the judicial system of the Republic of Serbia.

Judges and prosecutors participate in numerous exchanges and study visits organized in cooperation with regional and international organizations.

A great progress in the training system is represented by the newly established platform, which is intended for the organization, implementation and monitoring of the trainings conducted at the Judicial Academy.

All these results decided the Forum of Judges of Serbia to award Nenad Vujić to the Director of the Judicial Academy with the Plaque.
