Violence must be emphasized, the city secretary pointed out, adding that this is the basic message on the International Day Against Violence Against Women.

- It is the duty of each of us to report domestic violence. First of all, women who are victims of violence should be encouraged to report it, as well as family members and neighbors to do the same.
